I don't think there are any remixes of that track
so that would be the Original Mix
as far as the () is concerned...I think that someone
just forgot to erase those...doesn't really mean anything

But the track must have a mix, even if it's the original one. Then () must means that this track is the only one of it, and the Original Mix too (or something)
