The main thing I can say is that it needs more atmospheric sounds.

Also, I feel like everything is mixed too loud and it all just sounds busy.

Try spreading things out more in the frequency spectrum. Everything seems to be restriced within a very small frequency range. Make your bassline an octave lower, and maybe make one of your leads an octave higher. Furthermore, don't make it so busy. You don't need to fill the song up with as many elements as you want, especially if they're all the same frequency.

You should also note that stereo is as much a mixing dimension as it is a space for trippy effects. Use it to make sounds in the same frequency more distinguishable.
