VST Windows off screen, can't reach them to re-size, close, etc

This is in Cubase SX3. Not sure exactly how this happened, but somehow several of the VST graphic interfaces for my virtual instruments appear at the top of the screen and I cannot grab them because I can't see the menu bar as its off screen. The mixer was stuck up there but luckily I was able to right click and uncheck Always on Top and that moved it back over to my 1st monitor. This is happening on my 2nd monitor. Changing resolutions to super high does no good because it just shows the same thing, only smaller. This is so frustating I'm not even sure how it happened. Is there a way to select an instrument and then move it with something other than the mouse?

close cubase
change your resolution to something lower
re-open cubase
open up all the windows you've lost
close cubase
reset resolution

always works for me

just so you maybe have something to look forward too..........those programs like SX3 dont do that when you buy them...I used to hate that stuff........ but when you buy it everything works the way it should. like the windows
