Dunno Housey bass...?

Ok. I think the bpm is about 128 in this sample.
But I still can't get the bass melody/structure even near the original
I'm loosing my nerves with this!

Here is the original sample:

If someone has time to help with the bass-lead?

Can't help you much, but it's sounds like it's sidechained and maybe utilizes some type of distortion (sounds like vinyl distortion effect on ableton.

just sounds like a saw bass being sidechained, post a sample of what you are able to come up with.

sounds like a standard hoover style patch found in most vst's bass section.. filtered quite a bit and sidechained... the melody of the bass is just root then octave 8th notes... the higher octave being played on the upbeat.

goodluck.

Hey people!
And thanks for the replies

But I'm not really looking for the sound...
I am more after the bass/lead structure (midi?).
I just can't get it even close
