Ashley Wallbridge started his career very early on as a DJ. Known as a prodigy for winning some over 18 dj competitions in the UK with fake ID. Ash has been featured on Radio 1 at the tender age of 16 alongside Fergie and Dave Pierce. During this time he also played at Newcastle superclub IKON to over 2500 people. At only 21 age has never been a factor for him and 2008 sees him sailing his way into the production world with his first signing “ I Believe” with Meighan Nealon to Lyon Echo in NYC. “I Believe” went on to be remixed by Gareth Emery & Sied Van Riel. It has easily been one of the biggest trance songs of 2008 which it saw the support of Armin Van Buuren on ASOT 4 times as well as Menno de Jong's Intuition Podcast, Andy Moor's Podcast and so much more as well as top 10 beatport.com Trance. Ash along with Adrian (writer of “I believe”) formed 2 labels Auryn Music and Darkbird Recordings. Auryn was the first to release the Definitive VOL 1 EP which sailed into the prog top 30 in beatport.com. Darkbird's releases also earned top 10's on djtunes.com.
The support list for his releases have been a who's who of the EDM world. Andy Moor, Gareth Emery,Sied Van Riel,Armin Van Buuren, Markus Shultz,Markus Schossow, Ferry Corsten, James Grant, Above &Beyond, Niklas Harding, Taucher, Christopher Lawrence, Kenneth Thomas are just to name a few. Ashley then returned back to his collaborations with Meighan Nealon and created the known song "" My Blood", Which hit top 5 Trance on Beatport and endless amounts of playlists.
In october 2008 Ashley Landed his own Radio show called "Wiked Beats"(Danceradio) which he got voted Artist of the month on his Debut slot. Although he leans on Progressive Trance most, Ashley is equally comfortable producing Electro, Trance, Vocal and Techno under no separate Alias. Dubbed By the incredible ''ANDY MOOR" in his DJMag interview as Producer of the year 2008, Always improving on the last and becoming very unpredictable Ashley is proud to be a son of all EDM music both as a DJ and Producer!
