You can make this same kind of effect by running a sound through a delay plugin and changing the delay time as the sound plays.

You should be able to get that sound with Glitch.

I am actually just looking for samples of that classic tape rewind stop sound.. anybody who has such samples could please upload them?

Here's a neat trick that might help you.

1. Sample about 15 seconds of your song project.

2. In an audio editor (Audacity works great and it's free), reverse the sample, then...

3. ...import that wav file into a sampler.

4. Play the sample at the original pitch for 1 bar.

5. Automate the pitch of the sample by quickly rasing the pitch in a smooth fashion.

6. You should get something that plays backwards and speeds up quickly.
