It might almost be a good movie. There are so many movies ruined by terrible music selections. I finally saw Layer Cake the other night and it had the same problem, to a lesser degree. Some of the music was perfect and some of it was absolutely god awful, like, where it seemed as if some radio was on in the same room as the TV playing some random song.
No surprise that the guy who had Celine Dion cap his last masterpiece 'Titanic' would go for such ridiculously shit music on his latest.
I just thought about these things today while listening to one of the greatest movie soundtracks of all time:
Somebody needs to make a film with the style and poise of Blade Runner and the technology of Avatar.

avatar was not ruined with music, it was ruined by having a storyline more transparent than cellophane.

i suppose...i went to see the movie pretty fucked out of my mind, and i still was not able to enjoy it. Some visuals were awesome, but it was still one of the movies i regret spending money on the most...pure elementary school shit.
Don't almost all action movies have exactly the same soundtrack?
