Sasha & Holden - Bloodlock (Alcala Remix)

Hey guys, I just got around to finishing this up yesterday. I'm really happy with how it came out. I wanted it just to be hypnotic and somewhat trippy. A lot of the notes I added are out of time and levels are off but I think that gives it a bit more organic feel. Anyway, listen to it/download it here and let me know what you think. Thanks!

Some pretty nice sounds but it needs more energy and the arpeggios could stand out a little, better percussion fitting tightly with the arpeggios could fix this.

I really liked this. Very deep, very calming without being dreary about it. Love the mix. I don't have any technical feedback for you, on this one. Just a really good remix.

Nice work.

I love the whole thing. I would still add some more percussion to it. Maybe in combination with some click clack techy sounds... (that's what I would do )

Really good atmosphere in this one man, Kick could be more "blunt" if you know what I mean. Percussion needs more air, other than that I really like!

Cool guys. Glad you like it! I originally had a bit more going on when I started it but I felt it was taking away from the driving feeling you get when it's just a kick and hats. I'll mess around a little bit today and see what I can come up with. Thanks for the feedback and taking the time to listen!

Nice atmospheres, as others have said, more percussion could help the tune really stand out.

I don't think it needs a lot at all, just more presence in your open hat, perhaps swap the clap for a nice punchy snare and then a more organic kick to fit the sounds of your tune, I personally wouldn't go down the minimal route with your kick, I think that will make the whole tune sound weak.

Otherwise lovely sounds in this. Congrats.
