Yeah, it's just a marketing thing, though undoubtedly tackier than wearing a t-shirt with their label or radio show's name on it.
Still, at least it's SOMETHING on the shirt, unlike when Richie Hawtin was charging $100 for a blank, black t'. (it's mnml fashion!)
