This set was by far one of the best trance sets I have heard..and it totally kicked his set back in Dec...although December's party was by far a wayyy better party! Sure it was super packed but I managed to have room to dance..and all the TA's were in once section of the night at all times...which made it wickked. This party TA's were all over the place...and it was wayyy to crazy in the docks. The only thing that made this party tolerable was the padio. Near the end of the night I decided to walk near the back by the doors to the padio and just dance my ass off before the night was over. There is no wayy I can leave a party without dancing my ass off at one point of the night. Just cannot be done. Tiesto seemed right into his set too..hardly looked up at the crowd at all...only seen that killer smile only a few times..(I wonder if he got into a fight with his wife or somethin' hehe) but yeah the hardness was sweet. I loved it.

I barely took any pics of the night....it was just too insane. The few pics I did take I will post soon.

Dan and Cam...nice job with that jumping stunt....
you guys being up there so high seriously made my stomach turn.

Great seeing all the TA's in action....Eric..sorry Marco's fucked u over lol

Richard..thanks for driving

To all the TA's I meet for this event..it was great meeting you..amd Milos..pardon my retardness last night as I do remember you from Holden.

Steve..it was great seeing you again...I had a really nice time talking to you. I wish you all the best with the lady and I am glad we have remained friends.

Ok I gotta run.....

HAPPY CANADA DAY!!!!!!

Pretty disappointed

Wow, first time seeing Tiesto live... (yes, for real..things just kept coming up every time he'd come to T.O.)

... and for me a sad disappointment. I've watched many videos of his performances, and heard countless live sets, but for some reason it just didn't do it for me last night.

From what I remmeber, he started off nice and slow, and then kept going nice and slow....and kept going nice and slow...and...yeah you get the idea. I just couldn't get into it to get my body moving. Luckily at some point between 3 and 5 am he played a few of the classics which was the only time I managed to feel the energy in the place, but after which he kept it nice and slow again. The music selection was okay, but I just didn't feel the energy. I guess that can be partially blamed on the speaker arrangement at the club.

Although I hear that the Docks has the best soundsystem around, I thought it was pretty poor. You HAD to be in the middle area in front of the stage in order to get the volume and kick that you'd expect out of a system like that. I guess you could say I'm too used to the Guvernment where normally we'd come home deaf and not hear anything for a day or two

I guess the night turned out allright thought because a lot of old friends showed up so a good time was had. I ran into TheVrk by chance at the bars who reminded me of this place (long story on my absence) so as far as I'm concerned the night didn't completely go to waste

I guess Tiesto will do it for the real fanatics, or for the mainstream crowd, but for me who's been around Trance since it evolved from other forms of electronica waaay back in the day (before I was old enough to go out...legally ), this wasn't anything special. Just another really expensive outing

Anyways, just my 2 cents :P

I knew it was gonna be a good set when the second track he played was Innocente then the fourth or fifth track he played was Do What u Want! My highlight of the night was hearing King Unique-Sugar High, but too bad the sound wasn't lound enough to feel the bass in that track. Met some new TA's, had fun with the "already known TA's". Partied with some old friends that I hadn't partied with in over two years, GREAT to see you guys again!
At the end of the night I was walking around looking for some friends, and HOLY SAUSAGE FEST! It was almost distrubing. There were SO MANY gross guys sweating their balls of without their shirts on dancing in huge groups. Like I'm talking 10-15 in a group, and I would say there was at leats 5 or 6 goups of these guys.
Thanks to Danielle (dnmr) and Carney for letting Chris and I go back to your place after the party.. had fun chillin out with all you guys after the party!

Tracks to add to the listing
King Unique-Sugar High
Solid Globe-North Pole
ISOS 4 Tracks
La Noche-Coca and Villa
LSG-Netherworld (Oliver Prime Remix)
Solarstone-Like a Waterfall
Tilt-Twelve Dousk
Electric Pulse-White Noise
Dominic Plaza-Sounds Rushing
(I also think that he did play Perfect Silence, I swear to God that I remember hearing it, I was upstairs)
I can't think of any more right at the moment but I'm sure they'll come to mind.

Traffic was INSANE driving back to Kingston, took us 4 HOURS, when it usually takes 2 1/2!

Off to bed to get some much needed sleep!

Had an amazing time last night until we decided to move up closer after the crowd started fading away, only to find out that Tiesto was gone with no conclusion! And what was with the Docks leaving over 1000 of us wanting more and not delivering @ the end. That party should have went well past 9 with all the interest and the fact it's a Canada Day party!

P.S. Great choice of t-shirt Tiesto ("ONTARIO" with Canadian Flag in background) Didn't even know he had it on until I seen some pictures that were posted here.

For those interested... the picture of Tiesto wearing the Ontario shirt is on page 4 of this forum. Couldn't see it as he wasn't high enough... like all of us were.
