I really could careless what vitamins it has .. I really just crave the taste and how refreshing it is. It's Lemonade flavor but not too sweet.
My boyfriend and brother are huge Rescue fanatics. I don't try it cuz it says green tea flavor and i'm a wimp. I don't like tea. Even though they swear it doesn't taste like it.
