It is hard to get rims that-
Fit the huge callipers on a GTO, I mean these things have disk brake diameters that are nearly bigger than the wheels on a damn Hyundai! 
18' rolling diameter which has a larger than 7.5' wide footprint, I mean it's easy to find all kinds of naff, cheap, crappy, heavy, nasty, bling things which are that size. Finding them wider then 9' is next to impossible. I looked for ages, it's all show-junk that amuses stupid people with naff, cheap, crappy, heavy, nasty, bling, slow cars with no idea.
I figure, if I'm having to run an 18' rolling diameter on 40 profile at least these are light and really strong. I wasn't that chuffed on the chrome lip, but the satin all-black they would have had to get the factory to make them in the size I need (don't seem to have any in stock) and then it would arrive sometime around Feb... stuff that!
And importantly, they're at a good price, with centre caps and studs and lock nuts for free. For the price of these new I couldn't even buy my old Ray's Volk Challange's for 2nd hand! 
Of which, I've found someone to fix them for very little money, I'll get someone I knew to tidy them up and flog them off for about 2-3k as they're very rare in that size.  hehe!
