prior two tenaglia events were release "reunions" that happened the sat after nye. looks like martel isnt bringing tenaglia back but instead has dubfire in place.

I heard that both Digweed and Danny T are taking it a bit easy, taking off a little time from any big touring, hence the weekend could not happen this time around.
Everyone did try to make it happen for a third year, just didn't work out.

Anything in Union Square or South of Market most should be fine. I walked from near-by 1015 to Union Square then to Mighty when I saw M.A.N.D.Y.
Also it's going to be different seeing B&J so high up. I'm so used to them interacting with the crowd like at Love Parade 05, Spundae LA and of course 1015. At least it's not as bad as Avalon.

Union Street to Mighty? Walking? You crazy? That's at least two miles...at night, through SOMA...and you are suggesting it to a tourist? He might wander through the tenderloin.
Anyhow, I would just have a little budget for taxis if possible. They are abundant in the city and will get you anywhere you need to go for not that much since everything is relatively close.

Ruby Skye announced our anniversary on their calendar =)
Blank & Jones, Alain Octavo, Syd Gris @ Spundae's 14 Year Anniversary
btw so there isn't any confusion
Union Street and Union Square are two completely different areas but you don't want to walk to Mighty from either. Try the Milano in downtown SF, it's literally next to the SF Center and right across from Mezzanine. You can sometimes find a rate there for $99.
thanx Rizen Dave T and Lex400sc will do further research into lodging and logistics....thanks for the warning, I didn't know SF was that unsafe,...the magazines and reviews describe it as a very desirable city to live in so assumed it would be fairly safe.
?What is the dress code for 1015? Can I wear sketchers and nice jeans and nice shirt?
