a month or so ago my sister worked some crazy shit. she works at barnes and nobles, and by combining her employee discount, member discount, the annual dvd sale, and some coupon(s) and possibly some voodoo, got the x-files complete box set for i think about $80 (that box set is all of every season + commentary, the movie + those extras, and a bunch of other shit)

When season 1 first came out, it retailed for $100, still does but you can get it for about $80 on on amazon etc. season 1 for $80? meh. entire series for $80? yeah i think so.

i paid about $30-35 for the slim seasons (i.e. just the episodes, not the full box set w/ documentaries and stuff). but i've only got up to season 6 anyway

2 weeks to pack up my house
4 weeks to pretty much do all the shit for this semester which doesn't end for another 3 months
1 week to finish off a job portfolio
3 weeks to pack shit for 2 week trip to MTL
1 week to finish off a business plan and present it to the CEO
If all goes well with CEO, 4 weeks to make product for 7 stores.

And those are just the "bigger" things... there's all the small shit in between that too...

I think I might be on TA a lot, or not at all. Depending on how disciplined I end up getting about getting shit done.
