I once had a roommate who needed the tv on to sleep. I found it annoying because I like complete darkness and quite to sleep. My mom is funny she likes to sleep sitting up on the couch watching tv. If I turn it off she immediately wakes up.

I can't sleep for shit with a TV on. The constant changes in loudness and brightness fuck with me head, mang.

Yeah same. I also just don't think TV should be in the bedroom at all.

This happens at our domicile, too. I come down early in the AM, and the kitchen table looks like someone was scheduled for surgery the night before. I just work around it.
