Infusion was a lot of fun. I really wanted them to play "Better World" especially as an encore. I was screaming it, but I guess you can't have everything.
There's a ton of events going on right now, so that's awesome! Hopefully I'll be back in Canada next week to see Above and Beyond

Any big shows this summer?
Hey guys. been ahwile since i posted in here. I was wondering if anyone knows of any big name shows this summer? I'm happy that the scene up in Cleveland seems to be strong. Down here in Cincinnati we have nothing for trance anymore. Spy Club and Lava closed so the next best thing is some light house beats on saturday nights at the 3rd floor at Pavilion in Mt. Adams.
Does anyone know of any trance clubs in or near Cincy. Since the scene has dried up down here i have found nothing else to get my fix.
thanks everyone..

i don't know about cincy, haven't been there in about 6 years since i went to king's island, but as far as big name trance goes gabriel and dresden will be here in cleveland alongside kenneth thomas in may, i'd say its definitely worth the roadtrip from there!! i don't think there are any other ohio TA's from cincy on here yet, anyone care to prove me wrong?
Thanks for the info Jam, I may try and get up to cleveland for the may show. I was at Metropolis last year for the Ferry corsten show which was awesome!
anyway if there are any other TA's from cincy or the surronding area please introduce yourselves.
Thanks all

Moving to Cleveland in July
Hey guys, I'll be moving to Cleveland this July for 6 months. I'm a pretty regular poster here on TA but i usually post in the NYTA forum as I'm originally from New York but right now I'm going to school in Boston. Basically I'm just saying what's up and just want to know what's good in the scene in cleveland. It looks like there's a place called metropolis for the big names? Where does the local talent usually play?
Also if any of you are interested I have a couple of mixes you guys might want to check out. I pretty much run the spectrum of house music from progressive to electro to funk to even some trancy elements here and there. I love it all. Anyways, here they are...enjoy!
Do you guys think G & D are gonna mix "resurrection" in with their set? Say what you want about that song...I fucking love it.

Yeah, I'm in Cincy. Moved here from Miami 3 years ago, that was a bit of culture shock. I got to experience Spy Club a few times with Tim McMahon, which was a great time, but there hasn't been anything around lately.
I hopefully will be heading to Cleveland later this month for G&D.
If you hear of anything in the cincy area, though, let me know. It'd be nice not to have to travel.

Hey trancefall i'm sure moving to cincy was a major culture shock. I used to live in Cleveland myself and have been to South Beach a number of times and during the 2002 WMC which was really cool.
Spy Club was actually a really nice GEM here in our city and Tim McMahon actually played a great set every saturday night. Spy Club used to be my one reason to tolerate this place but now it has been so long I think I myself am changing. Once I hear the trance beats though I'm right back to my old self just no where to enjoy them in public.
Anyway thanks for your reply and enjoy your trip to Clevland.

here's some pics from the infusion show... me and tuis were lucky enough to hang out afterwards and get them to sign our posters we found taped to the stage like drunken teenage girl groupies i am uploading a zip file with the videos right now, its gunna be a bit big (even after encoding to a low bitrate mpg format) but grab it if you have a good connection, it'll probly be around 100MB. can't wait for G&D!!! cheers~
