DJ Buzz - Situations (1999 Written by DJ Buzz & Torsten Stenzel)
Ceta Javu - Situations (2005)
This is practically the same tune, but since there is little info on Ceta Javu I don't know if it's the same producer or not. I loved this track in 99 and I still do. Not entirely decided on the "remake" yet, but I'm positive. It deserves to be played more imo.

I think you're missing the point - these tracks don't have anything else similar between them except the style. Although I don't understand how Traffic sounds like either of the 2.

Hrm...One would hope that different tracks that use the same samples would sound similar...right?
You left out Tiesto - Adagio For Strings.
That's like saying these two tracks sound the same:
New Order - Confusion (Pump Panel Reconstruction)
Randy Katana - Play it Louder
A sample from one is in the other.

Rank 1 - Airwave <-> Armin feat. G&D - Zocalo
Zocalo's guitar melody uses the exact same notes as the second half of Airwave's melody.

Obviously they're gonna sound similar.. Airbases production is basically a trance remix of Hans Zimmers tune.

I'm not missing the point at all. Sounding alike and not being able to distinguish one from another are two different things. Don't be such a nazi.

The Tupac song is indeed from Bruce Hornsby, but the beat is sampled from Strafe - Set It Off (1984) ....Just to put in my 2 cents, again:
2Pac - Hit'em Up (199?)
Dennis Edwards - Don't Look Any Further (1984)
