If you mean the operatic chants sung by Emily van Emera, that's from a classical opera piece from 1981 called "O Euchari columba, response for St Eucharius", often also seen named as "O Euchari (In Lita Via)".

The Beloved used the same vocals already in "The Sun Rising" in 1989, about a year prior to Orbital. Tho The Beloved did never ask permission to use them and ended up in court (and settled for a sum of ���) while Orbital did ask properly and were given permission.
