Need help!!!! Song ID(that's why im here)

Need this song to be ID'd cuz I just roxxx!!!!
It was played by Yoji Biomehanika on Dancevalley 2001 and before the melody starts a voice says: This place is rocking!!
I don't know if that's a sample in the song or just an mc or something but here it is.

It's a remix of this one but I have no idea what the remix is. It could be a remix that he did dedicated to dance valley or something. I hope this helps

ive had this song for about 2 months. this song fuckin rocks. talk about high bpm. i think this might be the original though, and not a remix. he might have the pitch turned up b/c he was spinning. the original i have sounds the same only a little slower.

I contacted Hellhouse and they told me it will be out again on Tracid Traxx somewhere in the year 2002 so I'll just have to wait but muchos gracias for the help and info.
