Wow, even giving away choice music is tough these days with the gluttonous amounts that are available. Oh well, here's a bump anyway.

Yeah, perhaps it would have raised a few more eyebrows back in '99.
Seriously though, I'm actually glad I noticed this, as the descriptions you provided makes this sound like it could very much be up my alley.
Will definitely download- thanks!

"I believe that's referred to as intelligent drum & bass, which obviously means there's a genre of stupid drum & bass out there" (John Peel)
There's a strictly ambient album coming on http://www.somniasound.com/ at some point in the near future hopefully.
The downtempo album he completed last year (Ground State) was an excellent slice of psychedelic-tinged electronica in its own right (some samples here): http://www.myspace.com/kilowatts
He also teamed up again last year with a vocalist/guitarist (Vanek) and churned out the second album for this scrumptious glitchpop/folk project: http://www.myspace.com/kilowattsandvanek
Finally, there is the solo tech house and breakbeat productions in the form of singles and remixes that he's churned out on Thoughtless Music, Harmonious Discord and Proton Music.
He's a music-making machine.

No way, I implore anyone to doubly blindly detect the inferiority of those VBR files compared to a bloated 320kbps MP3. It's called a more judicious use of resources. Of course, 320kbps CBR gives you a little more "peace of mind" but I've personally always found it overkill: Hyrogenaudio LAME settings
This is all besides the point anyway, since by ponying up the $10, you can have master quality FLACs.
