Any recommendations out of all the material the Renaissance label puts out every year? Such as the John Digweed Transistions series, Satoshi's Masters Series entries, etc?

Zabiela's recent installment to the Masters Series seems to currently be the crown jewel of that collection, as it's received particularly high praise from across the board, at least the first disc. I think they're still providing free extended samples of both discs on the Renaissance website.
Hernan Cattaneo's Masters: Volume II release is excellent, and probably reflects my favorite style associated with Cattaneo. He also has another one slated for release in a few days (in the US):
While we're on the subject, you might want to check out the second volume in his "Sequential" series for Renaissance.
The 10th anniversary remastered edition of Sasha & Digweed's seminal 1994 Renaissance mix CD is also required listening.
Digger's Transition series has been consistently solid, but nothing really astounding and in immediate need of getting your hands on, at least for me. I haven't heard four (still waiting for a used copy to pop up in my local music store), but one and two are definitely worth getting.
That should provide plenty of content to keep you busy.

Satoshi's Master Series 9 was epic, I prefer it to his recent one.
Really... everything that Cattaneo's done has been good. Also, I was a big fan of Zabiela's Alive.

Is Hernan the label owner or something? Never heard of him outside this label/series. Zabiela's comp looks good.

No, but he has a very close relationship/contract with the label. He released "Perfecto Presents South America" on Oakenfold's Perfecto label before his Renaissance releases.
