Steve Reich Tribute [Minimal, Classical, Electronic]
Steve Reich has been in my playlist consistently for the last number of months. It has been awhile since I last made a mix, and as (some) of you know I usually make mixes of techno or house music, so I decided to take a stab at making a tribute mix of some of my favorite works by Steve Reich.
You can listen the mix through Soundcloud or you can download the mix from my server.
I'd love to get feedback, and hopefully introduce Steve Reich to someone who hasn't heard any of his work before!
01. Steve Reich - Clapping Music
02. Steve Reich - City Life Part III (It's been a honeymoon -- can't take no mo')
**. Steve Reich - It's Gonna Rain

Music for 18 Musicians is an incredible listen in my opinion, I'd give it a chance.
Listening to music nobody thought you'd like, including yourself, is a worthwhile endeavor.

this mix felt personal, like you were arranging your favorites tracks more than anything else. it gave me some ideas on how to place Reich's tracks, the next mix i post should have something jacked from this tracklist. thanks for the share.
