My wife said I can have a myspace music page built for xmas, to about £125 (not alot I realise).
I can't do it well enough myself and don't have the time anyway. My Dad and brother build sites for a living but they dont know enough about flash / moving stuff nor where to get cool looking players etc.
I'm a big believer in using someone that really knows what they're doing.
Need moving / fading key words and in an ideal world some cool flash graphics that have old film reel style interference lines moving horizontally, the odd lighteningish type flash (not big bolts!) - even the odd letter that flickers like lightening.
For inspriation I have in mind one of those SAW trailer vids I saw a while back (cant find the exact one) where these sorts of FX were used.
PLUS;
A decent looking player maybe with a graphic bar graph thing pumping up and down

A non-cluttered MySpace music page?
But I thought all MySpace music pages were required to have:
(1) huge obnoxious background image
(2) at least ten different Flash embeds
(3) multiple music players, including some that don't even load properly
(4) lots of other huge images that make the page exceed any normal width
(5) obnoxious comments with other artists spamming their own sites and posting Flash embeds
(6) multiple fonts selected seemingly at random, in all different sizes
(7) a self-written, self-praising "artist bio"

Why do I get the feeling you've been lurking on my myspace?
