If you are depressed, like really depressed then you need to talk to a mental health professional and determine if this is chronic clinical depression, which is a medical condition or what it is. Get it out there and talk about it. Keeping stuff bottled up inside is not the way to go.

For those dick heads suggesting things in the other thread, don't be cunts. Don't attempt to convince people to do stupid shit like that, because not only is it morally and ethically wrong, but its illegal as well.

I will close this thread to prevent abuse, and I didn't PM it because what I said needed to be said out in the open. Depression is something to talk about if you have it. Getting out out there helps a lot.
