I've always liked the slightly "darker-sounding" slice of this style, and even though the twinkle arps with lots of delay, low-passed Reese bass, the chopped vocal stabs eeh eeh eeh, aah aah aah, are used in way too many tracks, I like it all. Just not the actual vocals. They were surprisingly popular around that time it seems.
Perry O'Neil had my two favourites. Wave Force and the ATRC remix, albeit the instrumental
