Deep Dish

i know this is a "trance" website, but i can't help but mention deep dish's new cd.....does anybody else play back track 12, the youngsters, "break them up"...i sometimes have to play it twice....and the transition from 11 to 12 is so fricken smoothe! sorry just have to give mad respect to deep dish

i am starting to feel that deep dish owns me too...."flying" is ridiculous....and GU025....get it!!! cd two rocks....i can't take it anymore.....also from their last cd, GU021, both cds rock...i saw them in philly last year and lost my mind that night....the pary never stoped and they pull out the darkest tracks.. are they spinning anywhere soon?? i have to see them....deep dish rocks...i'm glad other ta's feel the same

I havent really heard that much from Deep Dish....but what kind of music do they specialize in ...if any? And, what are they comparable to? I mean, they sound kinda chillout (just going by the name) to me.
Can any1 give me anymore insight to them? All these comments make me wanna go out a get it!!!

they spin sweet progressive house... it's kinda hard to compare them to others because their sound is pretty unique i think. some of it is chill, some dark, some techy, this album has quite a few vocal tracks on it.

go to http://www.globalunderground.co.uk/toronto/ and check out some of the samples and tracklist.

some comparable stuff would be Sultan (no surprise since he's on their label)
i guess some satoshi tomiie
they do a lot of remixes of commercial songs
this iranian duo is not your average pair of producers

I just copped the Deep Dish GU this past weekend.....I must admit that I do like the vibe on the album .....but I would have to agree w/ Infinity High that there is a lot of vocals that really dont fit the vibe in 'MY' opinion. Dont get me wrong, the mix does have some high quality gems but not something I can let ride form begin-end..how I like my mix albums.

Really enjoy the Cd. Really good for driving, or listening to while your walking around. It definately has a vibe to it, although not as strong as 009 but it still rides out.
