i've listened to both tracks and it sounds like someone actually mixed those two tracks to create the one we heard at RMR. the Piece mix has that AWESOME guitar sound. And the Oliver Lieb has that AWESOME build up sounds.

ya ya ya, i know that the Marco V song is the Piece mix.

But RMR= Rosenmontag's Rave. I'm pretty sure the original song that we were looking for is in Paul Van Dyk's Rosenmontags rave. The song at RMR is a mix of BOTH these songs (piece/lieb) put together.

Don't you have the orginal mix? may be thats the mix were looking for. i don't think the song of the sample is the piece or lieb mix. So i think its just the original mix.

I dont know what it is, it sounds like the sample has different elements than the song...Maybe its PVD's magic touch or an earlier mix?

I only have an imcomplete copy of the original

and the original is completely different from that

Deepest thanks to the identifiers! Ive been looking for this song since I encoded that sample mp3 december 26 , 2000 and posted it on Dance paradise (message # 22477). I was astonished at the feedback people were having about what a good track it was but I was so bummed at the identifying response... as you may know I was shocked to see my mp3 float right back to me in the form of a thread on ta, thanks guys...

yep just wanted to thanks sum folks...to the person who located this track in marco v's set (sorry forgot the name), to wicked red for getting the vinyl and then converting it to mp3 and to jddark for setting up the myplay account..heheh...good job guys..thanks alot

PS having listened to both mixes, I also feel that PVD's orig sample from RMR 2k seemed to be either an diff mix (original mix?) or the two played together magically...
BTW:
Oliver Lieb Mix = Seb Fontaine @ Qontact sample
Piece Process Mix = Marco V @ Mysteryland sample
