k ladies..and guys who swing that way. Nailpolish on a (straight)guy..what do you think about it?

heres me..I did wear it simply for shock value in high school..now going into third year @ college and wanna know what the women think! Any colors I should avoid....Ive got like 30 or so.. =)

I used to wear it all the time....just matching with what I wore or with my moods I guess...no big deal really..not much of a shocker here..lots of guys wore that stuff
Only colors I'd say to avoid are the ones that look crappy...Like brown or something

i always find it strange when guys wear nail polish but i do know of several. anyways, if i was a guy i would stay aways from the reds and pinks and stick to the blues and purples and greens. but i do that anyway. j-spot has more nailpolish colors then i do.

I agree skywarp...Just like alot of things, the way we dress is a form of self expression. Unfortunately it's still subject to stereotypes...

If a guy enjoys wearing skirts, go for it...it still doesn't change who he is, and you still know nothing about someone by the way they look.

Remember, don't judge a book by it's cover...if only people would remember that one simple rule.

some guys have nails that are unpaintable. all dry and broken and the cuticles are all screwed up. so at least when a guy paints his nails then you know he takes care fo them.

Well not necessarily stereoprincess! I don't paint my nails but always manage to keep 'em well groomed and push my cuticles back every other day! But I used to wear black nail polish once in a while YEARS ago when I was a goth! heh heh those were the days... But yeah, my advice to j, just stick with the masculine colours bro, dark anything! Somebody suggested purple? that's iffy man, but good luck anyhow!

1) Men dont wear skirts do they? Dont get into the typical "girl stuff" thank you

2) Hardrockers paint their nails 2 lol! That should give ya a hint on how "cool" it looks

And I only pose like that when Im waiting for my nails to dry. Thats when I look very fruity. =)

And yeah...what bout guys in skirts? Well a short skirt would be weird, but have you never seen a guy in a sarong? (Be warned IM NOT GAY) But damn..I wish I could look good in a sarong, sadly I dont. I would wear one all the time!!!

And of my 30 some colors, id say most of em are shades of blue and green. Black, sparkle, pink, yellow, orange(for halloween) red, white(for football team colors!) umm...I think thats it. oh and purple...but mostly blue and green.
