SKYLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

masterfully yummy.... I'd own you all!

Posted by Beat_Chemist on Oct-26-2003 19:12:

I'm not too flashy just something modest like the Lotus Elise.

This ride is fucking hot!

I personally would hate to own something like a Mclaren parking in the back of the lot, not going out when it rains, the 30,000 dollar maintanence, the 5 miles to the gallon, the heat pouring in throught the front or the back depending on configuration, the worry about scraping the front end as you pull into a gas station, Premium fuels only, having to buy 30 dollars a quart synthetic oils (and having to buy 6 quarts cuz the engines so big), dealing with the ultra fine tuned racing components failing, having to replace those stupid tires which you can't find at any les schwab or discount tire CO. so you have to special order them. Worrying about some snooty fuck keying your shit. FUCK ALLL OF THAT!!!!!!!!

I want a car cheap enough that I don't give a fuck so I can park in the front, I can bust that speed bump at warp speed, SO i can fill er up with 20 dollars, so I don't have to give it maintence for 100,000 miles, or change the oil but every 60,000. I want a car that lets me ROCK OUT WITH MY COCK OUT!!! and the Elise is it baby. No one really has one in America maybe like 20 people do. SO you'd be original more or less, Its rated the most fun ass car ever, I think its the best looking mass production car ever. It handles like Ron Jeremy handles the bitches. Its got the sleek sexy ass, and i am an ass man. Its got the engine mounted directly in the middle with that killer strraight exhuast for that rocket feel, with the steady as a drunk bum handling. YOu can't expect a better vehicle.

How can you people say those are your fave cars when you probably haven't even seen them for real?

Posted by DarkAngel on Oct-26-2003 20:01:

Acura/Honda NSX - I know it isn't too powerful,(276 - 289 Horsepower) but I love the design and shape. $88,000 - $90,000

Acura 3.5RL - It's actually the Legend... The Legend was "discontinued" over here in the USA, but that's not completely true. They just changed the name to 3.5RL. In Japan it's the Legend. My dream luxury car. $45,000 - $50,000

And finally, Ford GT/GT40. Absolutely beautiful car, nostalgic design, with SERIOUS power, (500 Horsepower STOCK) I really like this car. Price tag is what I hate tho; too bloated. Around $150,000.

Must agree with Beat_Chemist here. For the longest time, I pined for the McLaren. Hell, there's even some sort of McLaren plant near my house in Mich. The F1 LM (sunset shade) is ridiculously beautiful, and will toast the hell out of almost any other stock car. Hell it blasts through 0-60 in ~3 flat. There are FIVE of them:

http://www.supercars.net/PicFetch?pic=1995_mclaren_f1_lm-1.jpg

I say "almost" because of the Bugatti 16/4 Veyron. This 1001 BHP, W-16 Quad Turbo puts even the Big Mac to shame. With a 0-60 of < 3 and a top speed of over 250, it'll blow your toupee right off. And, costing more than the 'Laren ($1.4 mil), it'll blow your wallet right away .

http://www.supercars.net/PicFetch?pic=2002_bugatti_16-4_veyron-1.jpg

But both of those cars would be toast against the Elise on a true twisty course. The Elise will out-handle anything. ANYTHING. And how does it look? Let's let the pics speak for themselves:

But if I had to go on looks... well shoot, I dunno... Lambo Murci R-GT done stoled my heart :

1969 Plymouth Roadrunner

The be-all-end-all champ of everything that a muscle car should be.

Blast from the past: Ford GT

When I heard the news that Ford was bringing the GT back for 2004/2005, I freaked. Its the only car that I know of that was from like way before I was born that is being brought back in its original shape. I know there are changes to the motor and wheels and stuff, not sure bout the interior tho...but still, HOT DAMN, the car is gorgeous. Theres a store in Ft. Lauderdale called The Auto Toy Store or somethin like that. They sell Ferraris, Lamborghinis, etc. 2 weeks ago, I saw a white with blue strip Ford GT in there. I damn near got whiplash from the double-take I did. I know unless I was a millionare, there would be no way in hell I could get this car, but still, it sure is nice to dream about...Something about that old design caught my eye in Gran Turismo 3...I never thought I'd ever see a GT/GT40 in real life, let alone expect the car to be brought back after 38 years....

still nothing touches the mclaren f1...very expensive less than 100. The ferrari looks great....

The Engine is by BMW so the car can't be bad!
M3 for me

Posted by Frode on Oct-26-2003 22:49:

Actually, any Group B Rally car would do.

Like the Audi Quattro S1 for example...

or the Lancia Delta S4:

Ugly as fuck but damn it could accelerate thanks to a supercharger AND a turbocharger. 0-100 km/h in 2,3 seconds on a gravel road!

I'm falling in love with the new Mustang 2005

Posted by DarkAngel on Oct-26-2003 22:59:

Dude, is this still Concept or will it be a production model?

Posted by malek on Oct-26-2003 23:03:

the car will be launched late 2004, so i think the conception time is almost due now. The model has evolved in many designs, but now it has stopped to this... i don't kow, it seems final enough.

OK. Well this new design sure makes it seem we're in the 21st Century now....Still, certain parts are very reminisent of a certain circa period design...can't be sure tho....

I'm just anxious to see the price tag, I don't think it will fall in the price range of the current mustangs
