Help! anything going on weekend of 10/31 around Orlando??

Sorry to sound so dramatic but I'm traveling to orlando(Winter Park actually)with 3 other friends. Just wanted to see if there was any good clubs or parties going on this weekend. What would you guys recommend?

Maybe we can even meet some FLTA's or something! Thanks for the input.

Unfortunately, I don't know of any ongoings that sound too interesting. 10/31 I'm going to a couple halloween parties friends are having, just alcohol and fools dressed up.
If anyone know of some clubs that haven't turned hip-hop or mainstream.. I haven't been clubbing in a while.

Yah honestly I don't know of anything great music- wise going on here in Orlando.. if you are looking for Trance. You could check out ICON downtown or MATRIX which is at CityWalk I believe(both if these clubs play Breaks on Fridays).. or ZINC BAR (little place with the red drapes and Gold doors) downtown on the wknds is always really badass for some yummy House!! I would recommend that one over the 1st two. As for me; Im waiting to check out the deal on some rave type thingee going on here, it may be a house party (all breakz, d/b and jungle i think) so i think i may end up doing that or just goin downtown; plus i know a couple peeps having costume parties but who knows where the night will go!

Rach, is that rave thingee Family Fuzion? I saw that but the lineup was all crap I never heard of, like you said, mostly breakz and jungle. I figured I'd be better off just hanging out with my friends.

Yah its Family Fuzion. I mean I don't know about you.. but I listen to breaks/d-b/jungle as well so Im down with all of it. Actually some of th dj's spinning such as : Messiah* of Spacemen, J-Break,Polywog, MC Collaborator, Circle K and a few others are actually really good breaks and jungle dj's IF you listen to that stuff you'd know of them probably... I don't know ; I like doing stuff like this every once in a while so we''ll see!!!

Ya theres nothing that i know of going on in O-Town. Hopefully the new club The Vault will be open. i will stick in there.. grand opening was pretty decent... seemed they played prog house/prog trance.

Ya "The Vault" is a new club down town where the old hip hop club "Volcano" used to be. Its right next to "Zinc Bar" . they had their grand opening this past wkend. I wanted to stay in there but unfortunately its going to be a 21^ club. Its 2 stories all black inside with some grayish paintings at the top part of the walls. Its really dark.. the lighting is so so. They were playing house similar to Satoshi, digweed, Sasha and such when i was in there. I'll keep you posted for new events there.

The Vault on wednesday nights is ladies nights for all you sexy women! I will be checking it out this week seeing I am off and do not have to work at Zinc bar. The owner is a really nice guy, and has great taste in music I wish him all the best. If you do go to the vault ask for the bartender Jasinda and tell her Frank sent ya, she may hook ya up.....maybe! Tip her good hehe

House similar to sasha & digweed huh? Sounds pretty good to me. I might just check it out this Sat. Thanks for the tip chikadee and also frank.

This is awesome. If I don't make an appearance tomorrow night, I definitely will this wknd!!! Ladies Night Frank.. does that mean freek drinks and no cover?

yeah, in o-town theres not alot going on, never really lol, you might be able to check out tabu, but not promising anything good

anybody down for getting an Orlando TA halloween party goin? i still have only met one orlando TA (raverchikadee). and would really like to meet some of the rest of you. or maybe we could hit up a party or a club together, anybody down for this?

I still have no definite plans for Halloween and Im trying to figure out what the hell Im doing!!! You have any good ideas; Id be down possibly! Id love to meet more Orlando TA'S!!! I know ZERO!

Actually Halloween night, we are supposed to be pretty good. We have themes at all of our bars.

Tabu's not that bad, c'mon now. Its a helluvah lot better than Cairo!

Nope. I'm a shot girl. We have to be accounted for every shot we sell. I don't work at the front door, nor am I in good w/ the new front door girl, so can't get anyone in. Sorry
