The Best Seconds/Moments in a Tune

I remember there being a thread like this before, but I searched and cannot find it. So let's just have a new thread with everyone's favorite moments or seconds in a tune.
I'll start it off:
The Digital Blonde - Electra
That "whirl" sound that goes off right before the beat kicks in to the melody. Damn that's so massive. Everytime I play that tune loud I always get chills when I hear it.

circa forever.

the breakdown and, consequently, the build up

Airwave - Innerspace (around 5:45)
Push - Universal Nation (Ferry Corsten Remix) you know it...

Ralphie B - Massive is pretty massive right at the breakdown
Envio - Touched by the Sun at 2:30 when the summer chords kick in,... ahh
Pulser - Cloudwalking (Beat Pusher remix) 3:00 when it makes you feel like you're actually walking in the clouds hahah

shit i don't know, almost every song has a really perfect moment when i say "fuck, i live for this"

Smiley DJ

aah, andy hunter - go (antillas remix), the synth buildup during the middle of the track puts me to a better place and detaches me from gravity.

The beginning of oakenfold's eugina 2000 from cd2 of another world.

There's also a oakenfold & digweed mix in 2001 they did, not sure where or when.. but about 18 minutes into the mix, there's just a up and down bass that I can't get enough of.

I have a clip of it at http://users.resentment.org/neoh/set1.mp3 - it's 11mb, incase anyone wants to hear it.

The "chorus line?" of deep dish - music in my mind is also incredible.
