whatever happened to Mad TV?

So I'm watching Mad TV, and it's a new episode...what the hell happened to this show? It used to be so funny when they had Nicole Sullivan, Orlando Jones, Phil Lamar, Debra Wilson etc. on the cast, but now it's just annoying trash and it's not even that funny. anybody else feel the same way?

it never was funny
its been horrible since day 1

the arnold shwazaneger skits were the best

yeah...i never thought it was that funny...a little to racist for my tastes at some points, it did have its funny parts, but i never thought the show was that great. i'll stick with SNL

SNL has its good moments too, but WHAT IS UP with some of their lame-ass jokes!!! they make me cringe!

1. aries spears (hammer especially)
2. stewart
3. the guy who wants to fight everyone and ends up pawing at their feet with his girlfriend saying (dont kill him!)
4. jack (ups guy)
5. kenny rogers

the olympics skit had to be the best out of them all...

SNL RULES

the first few seasons were great. i watched it tonight that terrorist skit was kind of funny. this and snl bore me now.

the guy making fun of steven segal was funny

yeah... Mad TV was never funny.

the first episode i watched was fucking funny, but all the following ones were a bunch of crap for some reason

they may both suck...but id chose madtv over snl. SNL is just gettin really freakin boring. I hardly even crack a smile watching that. Only skits on Mad Tv are the kenny rogers and Mrs. Swan skits.

SNL has its good shows but MadTV is better in my opinion, but SNL does look more professional and cleaner..

i still prefer MadTV over SNL...everytime i watch SNL i get the feeling that the cast takes SNL's past for granted and just assumes that no matter what they do its gonna be funny...looks to me like they dont put in enuff effort into their acting...they just come across as sarcastic the whole time...just my 2 cents

MadTV is much better than SNL. The only redeeming quality SNL has had over the past 5 years is Will Ferrel and now that he's gone it's worthless.

Don't watch either consistently, but the fat guy on MadTV is hilarious. I still remember dying when I saw the Steven Seagal skit where he was trying to fly.

oh shit ya the steven segal ones are classic, where he's snapping everyones necks ahahaha, the one where he's in the diner is cool, he grabs this old lady by the hair and pushes her face in her soup LOL

I hadnt watched in a while and was disappointed with the recent shows. Miss swan and steward characters are the only funny thing to watch and even they are gettin tired. SNL isnt any better either, they have become arrogant and status quo over the years. agree that they feel like they can do anything and it will be funny.

Red Green show on the other hand is hilarious. its amazing that they never seem to run out of funny material on redneck, backwood canadian humor. I'm thinking how many times can you do jokes on duct tape, but it never gets old because it has talented creative writers who don't take themselves that seriously.

I like it when they make fun of John Madden. That is hilarious...
Also, Shaq skits are very ROFL!!!

I usually only watch a few minutes of it before Jerry Springer comes on. Best part of Jerry is the last 5-10 minutes when he lets the audience slam the guests on stage. lmao!

madTV used to be hilarious! when nicole sullivan left, then it started to go bad, and now that they only have 2 of the semi-original cast members left (debra wilson is an original, and aries spears is from 2nd or 3rd season or sumthin) it flat out sucks.

so now, its SNL or nothing

2) Are you fucking retarded stewart was the dumbest thing I have ever seen. A grown man walking around in his gawnch saying "NO LET ME DO IT" is not funny. Its humor that even below a 3 year old.

3) The guy who wants to fight everybody is just about as gay as stewart.

All I have to say about you is:

Kinda like the new hosts of the Man Show, god that show sucks now.
