Hamilton has a mountain?

Posted by Yohan on Jan-13-2004 22:56:

^Basically the part of city built on Niagara Escarpment. Quite higher than the rest of Hamilton.

Posted by DigDeep on Jan-13-2004 23:11:

I live at the bottom of the mountain.

i think pulse could use a new promoter

Posted by failsafe on Jan-14-2004 07:42:

hah yep. the endless "come check out sat night at pulse" comments are pretty annoying. You sound like a girlfriend that won't let her boyfriend forget a mistake or something.

HrmPH.. remember that time you kept me waiting HrmPH..

I do however understand that it's most likley your first big dj job and you want to have everyone come see you. that's admireable, but just tone it down a tad.

Posted by KUTZ on Jan-14-2004 15:31:

Shame / Disagreement I don't think so my friend

Well I guess you just started to go out and listen to this music. I guess you don't remember (DELIRIUM/BASSMINT/SPINCAT/SPACE AND WHOLE WACK MORE) these are just some of the projects I have worked on. So is it safe to say that I just started to DJ and what ever else you might say about me. I apoligize for what has happened about waiting in line this will never happen again. All I am trying to do is provide a clean venue, wicked music in 2 rooms and 2 sound systems, and ofcourse some of the best Toronto talent in the city.

Posted by Skipper on Jan-14-2004 16:44:

Kutz, do you make posts on this board that is not related to Pulse Nightclub?

Posted by charmscars on Jan-14-2004 16:49:

LOL. you just cited the "bassmint" as one of your projects. Is that supposed to make us want to come to pulse?

Posted by KUTZ on Jan-14-2004 17:33:

Bassmint

What ever you might think of bassmint is probobly true, but even still it was one of the first and longest running weekly TRUE UNDERGROUND clubs in the city. I am not saying Pulse is like that, we are providing a venue that is clean, 19+ and wicket music.

underground is cool..but some of us are older now and appreciate a clean nice place to party.

Posted by failsafe on Jan-14-2004 18:02:

I think you're scaring off more people than you're attracting with your constant spam. If i needed debt relief, or a larger penis, the last place I would go is to the stupid spam emails I get.

Now if i wanted to go out and hear some great tunes the last place I would go is to the club that spams me when I visit forums.

As far as you thinking you're some toronto EDM music scene god and me beeing a rookie: I live 23hrs by car away. When I come to toronto to visit family I tend to go to the best clubs to see the best djs. I guess I've never been desperate enough to go to one of yours.

have a good day.

Posted by SKELETOR on Jan-14-2004 20:10:

ya i agree... kutz, people know about pulse! there IS such thing as over advertisement.

no hate though, ure simply just trying to spread the word.. just take it easy a bit

ill have to come down one weekend to see how underground this place is.. wish there was some hard, funky or minimal techno.
