everyone come and post 200 replies saying "lol" or "hehe", no one really cares what you post and there's little moderation in there cuz neo is busy deleting all the crap threads in COR.

I agree. I think it's complete crap when you see someone that just joined a few months ago and he has custom status already. Not that having custom status is all that amazing (or?) but the fact that you can see that the majority (if not 90%) of their posts are in the Humor Section. I guess if you make an interesting addition, then it should count, but by no means if it's less than 2 words. Come on.
Well, that's the reason I stopped posting threads in there for a while. Too many people abusing the forum with trash, so every carefully selected topic you make would be gone in an hour.
I thought it was ok the last couple of weeks until some people start replying to every thread they look at.
In my opinion, if a thread appeals to you in a positive or negative way, make a reply. If not, move on...
Yeah I have to agree with the quick postcount increaser idea, which is kind of a cheap way to move up the proverbial ranks, but then again we've always got our registration dates to compare to theirs.

it's not really about the postcount, it's about spam and ABSOLUTELY useless and ridiculous replies.

I agree with Whiskers. 4 pages full of replies by the same person is a bit too much to be good, right? 
Why don't we just get rid of postcount entirely? It serves no purpose. Then there won't be people trying to pad there postcounts, there won't be threads solely for this purpose and there won't be people bitching about others doing it.
