I got an xbox..but im gonna get a gamecube just cuz it has certain exclusive games.

xbox has that new starcraft game coming out "ghost" i dont know if its on other systems. but i dont care. cause its on xbox, and doom 3 is coming out on xbox, even though i'd rather play it on pc..thats a big deal. gaycube has resident evil. ouuuu... who cares. :/

gamecube rocks, i've spent longer playing mario kart, sonic stuff, tiger woods & the likes on it than i ever did on my x-box.. so much so i gave my x-box to my cousins

GC is good but they fucked up the best game ever by making it in to a gay shit.

They messed them up , so gay, it looks so gay but anyways, its a good system , I went to my friends house to play it, and it was fun.

It amazes me how slow you are. Did I ever say the Xbox was good? No, I just implied the gamecube is a computer too. You can't prove me wrong, it uses all the same kinds of architecture, FUCK, if somebody ported an os to the gamecube and made a hard drive add on for it, you could use it just *LIKE* a computer.

Hint: this has already been done with the PS2. Genius, I know!

I like that guys slam on all the US game developers too. I guess we should call japan, since all they know how to make is shitty linear 1 time through rpgs. Maybe we are missing something here.. hmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Zelda no Densetsu: Kaze no Takuto is an amazing gaming feat. The cel-shading is just spectacular... The gameplay is ridiculously awesome. And the storyline... Just WOW.

Technically it is a computer, seeing as how it follows general computer architecture and uses a microprocessor, but I think when he said "computer" he meant "PC". Technically a toaster oven is a computer too but you're not going to be playing any games on that.

And in case you're in a really skeptical mood, I'll elucidate the differences here between a PC and embedded computer or Embedded System:

PC: User-based operating system on external storage;
ES: Static, noninteractive operating system hardcoded into ROM or burned in Flash.

PC: Scalable architecture with interchangable components;
ES: Static architecture with a single set of internal components (although various I/O devices can be supported).

PC: Supports multitasking, task switching, etc.
ES: Designed to run one program at a time.

And so on... essentially the difference is that a PC's operation can be modified, whereas an embedded system cannot. The x-box is in fact a scaled-down PC... its internal architecture is exactly that of an Intel-based PC and I believe it runs Windows 2000 by default, while also being able to support other operating systems, does it not?

Anyway, this argument is none of my business, but I thought I'd smooth out that one little wrinkle.
