DUDE STARSCAPE IS GONNA ROCK SOMETHING EXTRA SPECIAL THIS YEAR!!!

GOT SOME OF MY DJ's BOOKED AS OPENERS!!!

who's ready to go? what ya gonna wear? WHo's ready for a BIG TA SHOWUP??! Who wants to get naked and swim the harbor?!! LOL (that water is ewww please don't!!)

if there are nyta's going down for it... and they dont mind taking lil' ol' me, i'm definitely down for this.

Hopfully they bring in a headliner this year.....and im talking about a HEADLINER!!!!! Not a headliner.

I hear a ... choo choo sound for me ... Ill probably end up just taking a train down to DC, as long as someone will be on the otherside to pick me up.

Isn't it what remained of the "Ultraworld" Baltimore/DC festivals? Man, I miss the day after thanksgiving parties. Tho I must say the one starscape I went to was crap. Huge lines. Parking - about a mile away from the venue. Security - dicks. Lineup - bleh. Restrooms - wait time average: 30 mins. (might as well use the great outdoors) plus the stink of the raw sewage in the harbor/sulfur stink from refineries just does not make a too romantic of an atmosphere. Looks more appropriate for the set of the "Wire" than a good place to have a party.

Plus all the patchouli-smelling hippie "artists" selling their 'shroom-inspired paintings for $500 or more? Puhleezzz... Unless someone massive is comming out this year, I'll save my money and time.

But you go - have fun...

Cause when it comes to genre's between my friends there isn't an excuse.. EVERYTHING is there!! Everyone has their muzik.. and we can all party together and tent hop.. and I met Naomi there last year.. and ThePRomisedOne... and i got reaquainted with a long lost crush!! hmmmmm hubba hubba.. and BUNNY GIRL AND I ROCKED DA JOINT!!

it was a blast... can't think of a better rave...

HAHAHA of course that was the only one i've ever been to...

2. Is it out in a field or something? If yes, than...
a. Someone has to bring a portable grill.
b. We need either a few kegs or a big ass cooler with brewskies, plus back up brewskies in someones car.
c. Beach, lawn chairs.
d. Portable stereo, just incase.

Ok this board always has a habbit of making roll calls wayyy before the event - But a rollcall before the lineup has even been announced O_o

But um yea, I love this venue - If the lineup's decent I should be there

to answer your questions:

2. No, it's not in the field - more like a cordoned off pier thingie.

a. No portable grills - this ain't picnic and they have vendors selling $7.00 hotdogs, $5.00 pretzels and $6.00 beer (a bit exagurated but somewhere in the ballpark)

b. See bullet a above.

c.See number 2 above -

d. see number 2 above.

So, it's like going to the club but without the roof.

Damn... that sucks... I had high hopes for something fun.

The Party is held at Fort Armistead Park, in Baltimore, MD - It's a great venue - One of my favorite's I have been to for an outside party. They won't allow like grills and food to be taken into the party - But in all the previous years, you were allowed to take them to the park and chill around the park (not like the area the party is being held) like and grill before the event starts or whatever - So I'm assuming this year will be the same, but you never know - Am I'm pretty sure in the previous years you were allowed to take chairs, blankets etc into the event as well, but I'm just speeking from how it was in the past, they of corse can have new rules this year

I still wanna know the line-up

Starscape!!!

Count me in for this one. I have been planning to go for the longest.
I will most defiently drive down. The road trip is always fun. To tell you the truth I would prefer this event over PVD.....oh yes...I can hear bitchboy yelling at me now. I have nothing against PVD! I am just into other artists more. So dont all jump at me at once.
