I yesterday read an explanation about these sorts of fetishes. It's got something to do with the way the person dealt with his/her childhood and the relationship with grown-up people and people of the opposite sex.
In this case (of pooing) you can have an explanation both for the woman (who feels she has hurt many men and she's now getting their indifference or something) and for the man (which I don't remember right now).
Sincerely, as long as they both are up to it, and they're not hurting themselves badly, well, let them be

I think he's refering to Hentai, not Anime as a whole.
let me tell you why this stuff exists:
because some people find the degrading of women beyond normal levels in porn to be stimulating. i personally don't, but i can tell you that's why it exists. same with like simulated rape and stuff...some perves get off on that.
as a side note...i also don't understand the attractiveness of hentai? it just seems kinda lame to me. if i was gonna look at porn at least it would be real shit. i have no sexual attraction to chartoons...
