Kindred Spirits - Plus Ultra (Echano feat. OrgaNik Remix) 256kbps

Well hey there! Remember me? It's been a while since I shared any new material here (unless you count the Al Azar remix of BT's 'The Force of Gravity'), mostly due to the fact that 2004 hasn't been a particularly prolific year for me thus far. Things are looking up now, though! I won't bore you with the details just yet (can I say a rework of old summer track 'Tranquility'?) - instead, here's a 256kbps mp3 of the Echano feat. OrgaNik* remix of Belgium TA anthem 'Kindred Spirits - Plus Ultra'!

love what you guys did with the melody.. i didn't recognise it at first, so that means it's a good remix

seriously, this is a very good production, everything sounds crisp and clear. especially the percussion, lovely samples and effects.

i'm not too fond of the pads in the breakdown though, it seems as though there isn't enough release.. or maybe they just have to grow on me..

in any case, great remix overall. very different from the other remixes so far, and that's what makes a track stand out.

Ah so it's here then
I must say what you did with the pads in the breakdown sounds a lot more anthemic than the way we did it, it reminds me of all those dutch anthems and themes every summer (that's supposed to be a compliment by the way)
I love that brassy hit you used as well, you don't really hear those in trance anymore, so it kind of sounds fresh again, or whatever...
Thanks for sharing it in 256kbps, I can play this out without it getting distorted on bigger soundsystems

You're kidding right I've never seen anybody complain that the quality is too good.

what about 192kbps then? you can't tell the difference between a 192 and a 256 ?

This is sweet

It's clear and the perc sound nice. The pads sounds okay, and I love the melody.
One of the better tracks I've heard.

Wow. Amazing. What else can I say? Well, like everyone else says, very nicely done percussion. It just sounds so crisp. Very cool synths and stuff as well. I just love the way you did the whole thing. Excellent production IMO. The one thing I would change if I were producing this, however, would be to put some more "stereo" into the lead synth-- maybe a stereo delay. The reverb is nice though. Many thumbs up for this remix!

first of all, quality remix, sounds really good to me

although the pad at the breakdown feels way to weak to be honest, it doesn't give that goosebump feeling that it can do if it had a richer sound

from 4.20ish and on (when the main part kicks in) it sounds good but after one minute it get's a bit to repetitive imo, another submelody would bring the mainpart to a whole new level

apart from thoose two things I can only say that it's a great rmx
