I'm not a DJ or a producer, yet, but I've done a couple of things with MixMeister. Nothing great, just playing around. I'm just a poor college kid who loves trance, loves to work with computers, and REALLY wants to get ahold of some turntables. (Thus, I do what I can to make money.)

Sometime you should check out Sonic Index, the best record store I've found in the area.. they actually have a trance section! Most of it is stuff that I've never heard of, but if there is stuff I've heard I usually pick it up. I bought my techs, mixer, and headphones there . If you quote prices from the internet, you can usually talk them down if you are buying a setup, otherwise they get used setups in, from time to time.

I'm also a web dev but this room is already crowded as it is. Have no fear I'll stay out of the ring. Prior experience has tainted my opinion of TA clients and I don't do work outside of the US.

Vert, drive up to Richmond (just south of Vancouver, about an hour from Bellingham) and check out Viva on Friday night. It's the only trance night in Vancouver, and it's really good; I ran it with Danny Taylor until I left for Montreal, but obviously it's still going strong and he'll hookup you and whoever else up with guestlist and some drinks.
