Saeed & Palash at Crobar

Anyone going to Saeed & Palash tomorrow at Crobar? It is their last NYC appearance as they will be splitting up. DJ Behrouz will also be there. Free entry before 12 and free booze from 10-11:30!! I'm definitely not a promoter but it all sounds interesting....

I quite like their tribal house mixes. There's not much else going on this weekend anyway. Tony Draper at Avalon? No thx! Dave Waxman on Sat. No thx! That's the dreaded Gay House I avoid at all costs.

I don't know what to do for Saturday?

I was thinking about it, but Crobar's Sound System blows. Have you ever been there?

IT Blows????? Maybe the times you were there it did. But, I was there for Sander, for Armin, and a couple of times on a reg night(DJ Boris) and the system sounded really good. Just my $.02

Been there for Sander, Deep Dish, Zabiela, and Sasha and it always sounded good to me. I thought for Armin it was a little off actually but maybe I've been going out for too long and my hearing is shot.

Better venue than Avalon or Spirit in my opinion...

I've been there once early and the cran/vodka's were pretty weak but sure enough, after about 6, they started tasting better. They were playing mostly hip hop & pop tunes when I went and yes...it sucked. Maybe get there around 11pm and start lining them up and pound right before going in.

yeah i startedto get a bit sick after 3 drinks... vodka aint all that clean.. lol
