cant go on TA anymore from school

ya so we all have our own accounts for the computers at school and we could only visit educational sites. the Admin for the school network has been monitering all the site i go to. he noticed that i go on Tranceaddict forum and Discogs alot so now i cant go on em any more. every time i type them in it shows an error message

Not that I'm condoning bypassing your schools information access policy (or whatever they call it at your school). A proxy service will allow you to bypass a filtering system.

just like my work banned yahoo.com and all the sub-domains under yahoo, because the big IT person deemed the website a location of growing viruses on the computers.

huh? when did yahoo ever become a virus website???? they blocked it, because they found out people were playing yahoo games rather than working.

that's ok. now people use www.amishdonkey.com as a backdoor to yahoo, and then play games. i don't play the yahoo games, because i got bored. so i go to the COR. it's a lot better.

we can all share our stories here.

Unless of course they block access to those proxy servers, which is what I would do if I were the admin and wanted to keep people from visiting certain sites.
