Yes atm Bush has a greater popular vote (by about 6-7 hundred thousand) but Kerry has a greater electoral college vote (Bush 66 Kerry 77)

Actually I've been considering it for quite a while. I have some friends that moved up there and they LOVE it. And no, I dont have an accent.
