Yeah dumonde is mad, also I've only got one hard trance song from these, but Hennes and Cold - The 2nd trip (might be a remix?) is awesome too.
Some stuff by Yoji is really good. I don't listen to lots of hard trance anymore, but I used to listen to scot project a couple of years ago.

Nobody's heard of it? Maybe on this board. Second Trip was released in 2000 and was an instant hard trance classic. Hennes & Cold had some classic tracks and some wicked remixes (check out their mix of Titchy Bitch & Fallen Angel's "Retribution" on Mohawk for some serious evil twisted hard trance) but they haven't really done much of note lately.

Cosmic Gate are awesome too, although they've had better I really like Bilingual, just a pure thumper of a track.
Martin Roth also does some interesting things every now and again, his remix of Blank & Jones - Perfect Silence is pretty decent, and also his version of Roth & Ellrich - Orange Theme.
Kai Tracid also rocks, most of the things on Tracid Traxx are very good.
I really gotta check out some Yoji B at some stage though.

Trance Generators is one of the bigtime Hardest-Trancers in Europe. Now is somewhat doing some stupid hardstyle.
