Funhouse vs. Crystal Maze

Which would u rather be on?

Was trying to find a pic of the twins but alas.
I guess one would be better as a kid and one as an adult. But i always liked to think i could do the crystal maze challenges better than the people on tv, so would choose that

Crystal maze rules fun house, plus u'd get to meet the legendary edward tudor pole as apposed to the mullet wearing twat that is pat sharp

Posted by Ste on Jan-18-2005 16:02:

that is a tough question, crystal maze has a lot more challenges and varing worlds, whereas fun hosue is a lot more fun yet is limited to the one fun area (even though it changed every year or so).

probably crystal maze in the end, although the lure of pat sharps mullet, the twins and cool prizes is strong, crystal maze wins for all round veriaty and interestingness of challenges/zones.

He was a cock and a half.

i always used to watch richard o'brien on crystal maze when i was younger so id go on that

That question isnt even worth asking! The Crystal maze wins by such a massive margin, that it makes fun house look like a morgue.

The Krypton Factor vs. Knight Mare would have been a better comparison.

Deffo crystal maze .. though you'd probably be bunched with a group of morons that got themselves locked in rooms and only manage in the end to scrape together two crystals .. thus making any attempt to gather enough gold tickets futile ..

crystal maze, even tho every contestant on there was fucking clueless

bring back crystal maze, ukta team would own lol

Posted by Streakfury on Jan-20-2005 01:57:

What's wrong with you lot!!?? Any opportunity to give mullet-man a good smack, and those twins a good boning, and I'm there.

I couldn't be doing with any of that fannying about with little levers and stuff to make a crystal ball roll around on a platform. I'd much rather drive those go-karts about, Carmageddon stylee.

Ed chewed a pole sucks ass! I'd go on it if it were Dicky O' Brien!

Although Melanie & Martina....

Although I'd much rather watch The Crystal Maze on TV (by the way, for the enlightened you can watch said show on Challenge), I would make a lame contestant. I'm slow, unfit and a bit of an idiot which makes me better suited to the nonsensical chaos of Fun House. Also, next to Pat Sharp I might look like a mild sex god.

Here's a bit of useless trivia: at the end of The Crystal Maze they would film the Giant Dome section twice, once for real and once for show. Why? A lot of the tokens would get stuck at the edges, so rather than show people picking them up off the floor they actually show people jumping about manically.

wow, proper bit of info i can keep and use in later life

i guess the crystal maze was a better watch, but the twins on fun house made that rather watchable as well!

i thought they were jumping about because they were too thick to realise that they would be better of just getting the ones easier to hand

my theory would make more sense seeing some of the absolute no-brainers on the show like

"COME TO ME, pieces of foil! I must deposit you in the box so that I may win a day go-karting and a plastic crystal!"

I always wanted to go on knightmare & direct my mate down a big black hole

Posted by chojin on Jan-20-2005 18:46:

fun house for me, crystal maze way too boring...

and the twins, lovely jubbly

Posted by ClubHarder on Jan-20-2005 19:24:

Easily funhouse, always wanted to get on that thing when I was younger, plus theres that go-kart race, the twins and the legend that is pat sharp

Posted by Ste on Jan-20-2005 20:46:

i applied to be on funhouse but shortly after they stopped taking applicants and starting pickign randoms from schools

Posted by mef on Jan-20-2005 21:20:

Crystal maze was just more clever

Posted by Dervish on Jan-20-2005 23:19:

I used to hate how when they got to choose who went into the fun house the mong girl always went in and royally fucked up.

So crystal maze (cos the mental baldy man was funny, in a mental way).
