Opinion(s) on political correctness
Hello. I'd like to know what you think of political correctness.
Don't care for it. Observse the quote in my signature.
Don't care for it and go F*ck yorself as well.
Peace...
[[[smoke]]]
It's a scourge. Simple moral prescriptions for simple minds.
I'd say it's alot of crap. It's like comedians say "Soon the only people you'll be able to make jokes about are white men, unless you yourself are a 'minority'." I say lets all be grown up.
i love to p*ss off people who are politically correct
gee, I almost feel I should be for political correctness because everybody is against it.
Oh well, too bad I don't care much if the masses are wrong or right, we could of had an intereting discussion....

It is useful only for confirming that you're dealing with a genuine idiot.
MC Paul Barman did a nice song making fun of political correctness. I've always thought it was stupid even as a youth.
a variation of censorship and an absolute load of dung...
Heh, this seems to be like the first time we all agree on something...isn't there anyone who likes PC here???
Political Correctness is for those that can't take the cold, hard truth about things. I suggest growing thicker skin and not taking things too seriously.
Damn, political correctness has f&cked up my social life. Every time I see a hot girl, I'm too afraid to stare - coz' she'll sue me for sexual harrasment!
Like this week - I get on the elevator, there's this hot a$$ chick that gets on. She has major b00b0rz that I'd just love to bathe in my stare. But I can see on her face - she has this look like an anti-aircraft force looking for planes, she has the look - looking for stares at her heavenly chest. So, I had to relegate my stare to her sweet a$$ instead. (luckily she didn't have eyes on her back).
Yea - political correctness sucks. I wish I could still slap chicks on the ass, tell them to sit on my lap while they are talking to me and tell them how sexy she looks.
And men - if you think women are not hurt by this political correctness - you're wrong! Women love to be told how hot they look - why do you think they dress so provocatively? I see no other explanation.
If the broad has a major rack and it's on a display with major spotlights - I becha she wants to be acknowledged.
Like, why can't things be simple? If this chick is walking a dog in a park and you acknowledge the dog and talk about it for some time - everyone feels happy! you complimented the chicks dog and she got attention and appreciation for something that's hers. In the same token - why can't you tell the chick about how sweet her b00b0rz are and why not discuss it for some time? Make her feel good about herself! Come up and say, "Maam, I just wanted to tell you that you have gorgeous boobs! I mean my x-gf used to have them but they weren't as nice. I'd love to take those babies out for some fresh air, ya hear me?" - and now you both have something to talk about and something in common to discuss! See, it also works as a great ice breaker!
Next time you're not sure what to say to your hot female boss - just use my advise and tell her how bitchin' she looks (even if she's ugly as a sin). Next thing you know - you're rolling in it!
Tell her h@x0r sent ya!

Thats what I'm talking about. You should be able to check a girl out. You should be able to tell her you like her and maybe even she has a nice rack (is it only ok if she fancys you back?). Being crass is differnt to being unPC I'd say though I suppose it's hard to define.
If you employed (or even worked with) this person(see I can do PC...) thats a differnt thing. And comes under laws. So I think most PCness is a waste of time. If there is a law against something fine, if not then it's ok.

They're not fascists, you could say that they support collectivism, industry, and totalitarianism but that's kind of an oversimplification. If you wanna read their manifest, it's here on their site http://www.laibach.nsk.si/fortran.htm As for the rest of your post..eh..the problem you have is not with political correctness, it's just with being polite. You know croatian btw? |
their uniforms freak me out even more!

I understand what your saying. But I'd say that would be being racist rather than unPC (but like I say it's depends on your definition). The way I see it is that PCness is genrally taking things too far. And being impracticle.
For example a family member of mine is in social work and told me about a "great idea" (he understood what was wrong with it) whereby a cafe was going to be set up where mentally ill people worked in it.
How very nice how very inclusive..... the rent would be unbeliveable firstly. And would you eat at a place where the people suck on their fingers, or worse, then make your food....no-one else would either. And these people have no way of passing any hygine certificates. Thats my understanding of PC. Though perhaps I'm too cynical.
