A State of Trance - in Los Angeles??
Hey guys,
I got the weekly newsletter from Element Radio (103.1FM) in Los Angeles, and the subject line was mighty interesting...
Note this newsletter is sent by Godskitchen...
From: Element Radio [mailto:[email protected]]
Sent: Thursday, February 03, 2005 9:15 AM
To: David Toole
Subject: 103.1 FM | Armins State of Trance Coming Soon Exclusively on Element
Note the subject: Armin's A State of Trance Coming Soon Exclusively on Element Radio
Could this be where ASOT is headed? Someone find out for sure.
I should point out there was no other info in the actual newsletter.
Dave
syndicate it
Whoa....so basically, it's gonna be broadcasted on an American radio station. That'll mean that the show will be in English, right?! *drools with anticipation*
this would be really really cool!
i know the 2 guys that run it, both work for godskitchen ... DUN DUN DUN...

| Originally posted by flavdave I think it is being syndicated, and Element Radio is one of a few stations that will carry the show. |
They syndicate Carl's show in Holland as well.
this really is super news..i cant wait for ASOT to get back ...also wonder what changes are gonna take place
just cant wait
This simply means that this station has joined in the syndication, not that that's where Armin will do the show.

| Originally posted by CGRumler Of course. But changes will have to be made, simply because a whole bunch of American FM listeners don't wanna tune into a show with a guy not speaking English. |

No of course not, heh
But the show was aired on station in Connecticut for one, forgot it's name.
lol being Dutch, he does to tend to speak a little Dutch, just every now and then though
. More than likely it will be syndicated as mentioned, i can hardly see Armin moving his show to the US, airplay in the US evening would mean silly times in Europe, and i dont think he wants to alienate his largest support base

Its going to be syndication for sure. No way Armin is coming to United States to do his radio show. When 1/2 of population here doesn't know who is Armin van Buuren.
