that problem can come from a variety of things, i get it all the time, because i have ad-blocking software enabled, though i never have problems accessing the site, so that cant be it
netscape or mozilla based browsers sometimes have this problem with apache servers im told

in short, there are 2 many causes to go over, best bet is to clear ur temporary internet files and reload the page

Zild - what is the exact name of the file that you downloaded? And what is it about php that you speak of...??
