21+
I prefer 21+ parties. Care to discuss?
i would prefer 25+
depends on da venue and the crowd but i would say 21+ is better
i would prefer my self & 30 others
bein 18 i kinda am against it cuz it always screws me when a dj i wanna see come to a 21+ party...but i do see your points....when im 21 i wont wanna be at 18+ partys...but hell what can u do...either see the dj at that club or not

yea, like i see all of ur points and understand them... as an 18 year old, i dont want to be in the same club with some 16 ytear old that acts like i acted 2 years ago....
....BUT, its just a whole system that contributes to the ruin of the club scene. keeping teenagers in the dark side of things as far as true appreciation for the music and DJs, thats not gunna help the scene grow. like i said, a country that can tolerate a teenie bopper to have a gun, but god forbid, he walks into a club where there JUST might be gay people and ecstasy and alcohol, and OMGGGG that dam boom boom music.... its that mindset that (altho i see why u wuldnt wanna club with "immature people"), u also have to admit, its such bullshit.
^^^ trust me when I say this you'll want the parties to be 21+ when you get there. I understand what you are saying....back when I was turning 21 all of my friends turned 21 9 to 10 months before me. Now that sucked, they would go out and get drunk, go to clubs whatever and I had to sit at home cause I was a few months younger. I hated the 21+ but it does keep things more undercontrol IMO 23+ parties are better, this way you don't have your newly truned 21 year olds that are gettin shitty all over the place cause they can finally drink, at that age your going cause you want to chill, hear the music, etc and it is not so much about the drinking which in turn produces a better crowd and a better night.
21+ is fine. WE all have to wait to be 21 anyhow, it's not a big deal. There are people who get all crazy when they're 21, but not everyone goes through that mess.

last thing we need in the NYC nightlife scene is a resurgence of dudes experiencing a midlife crisis, thinkin that the 25+ is the hotspot for them jk
