house clubs with patios

sup dudes

just wondering if any of you dudes know any chillin house clubs with nice patios for summer fun.
i know theres skybar, but what else is there?
im not looking for a place to party hard and go nuts, just a place to chill and enjoy a few drinks whist listening to good house.
not really looking for loungy house either.

add to that, a patio that plays house that is casual...

patios suck when you go to chill and everyone dresses up in their gino outfits.

Leave the dolce and gabbana at home... ITS A PATIO!!!

In the back of Future's on Bloor in the Annex.

It used to be good last summer on Thursdays....not too sure right now though.

hellz yea....i aint paying 6.25 bucks over cost price (well prolly more since they buy at wholesale price)
