Christopher Lawerance Review

CL wasn't really my style last night... But I still had a baslt!!! The Chill out room is amazing! It streches the entire lenth of the club and the Dj booth has 4 golden Dragons looking over the crowd. (Cl was going to spin in there but he decided to spin out front.) There is diffent Types of palces for people to sit down. Couches with clocks and what not. There was also a "stage" in the back and umberellas on the celling and a huge paning on the wall. With this new room you can easly loose your friends but you can not help but look at everything. The room can make spundae hold 800 people. Spundae felt like a whole new club!
Eve Falcon played some awesome tunes and so did Dave Audae. And CL had the packed dance floor dancing there asses off!
Ernisto kicked my ass Oie and I can not get the hot hot hot Europen Twins out of my head...
Curly and Carrie- So Great seeing you guys last night!
Raoul- I looked like you where haveing a ton of FUN!
Riia and Michelle- I had so much FUN!!! I am sorry I lost you guys from time to time
Kfroger- It was good seeing you as well!

I had the best time ever.

The music was great, but yeah I didnt hang out too much in the main room to catch Lawrence either.

I had a great time hangin out with Technofriik, Sweetcandygirl and Spunkygirl. Thank You Riia, who was hooking it up with the private bartender that started serving me Vodka and Redbull WITHOUT the Redbull. Michelle, I cant wait to see the pics you took of us spinning at our first event.

it was a great night guys! (until i lost all yall) where did you guys go? we was up in the front until randy got handled by some arena boys.

Good Lord! Well its not very often that I'm blown off the planet by someone when seing them for the first time, but that was the case when Eve Falcon came on. Firstly, she walks into the booth with a 'Van Halen kicks ass' T-Shirt on, at a time when there were about 15 people tops, on the floor. She spent the next hour or so laying it down nice and thick - with amazing proggy tracks that had the whole room filled up by the time she was done. I'm definitely a fan.

Chris Lawrence came on after Dave Aude, and hit a home run with his set. It was almost JOOFesque!

As usual, I enjoyed seing all of the usual suspects, especially Sweetcandy Girl. Michelle you rock!

Loved the new layout of the place. It was basically like being in a new club. Brilliant stuff to the Spundae crew. Long may it continue.

PS. Did I mention that Eve Falcon was sublime.

How exactly did they make room for this new "chill room"? It runs the length of the club? Did they build out in to the old patio area to do this? Or is it all inside? If so, is the main room now smaller?

Damn...it's been too long already since I've been there...

I think I had a great time last night. I don't remember too much of it, just bits and pieces.

The main room is the same size as before. The chill out room is a room the size of the main room that was previously located behind the wall behind the staircase in the main room. Loads of couches, tables, and places to hide and get up to no good.

^^^Makes you wonder they never used that space before!! (assuming it was always there but hidden).

If you would quit following the hollywood crowd to Avalon and go to Spundae instead, you would be able to see all new changes at CIRCUS.
The room is on the opposite side of the patio and it's HUGE! It runs from the smaller room (there is an entrance there) all the way to the other end of the main room (more entrances there). It's like being in another club plus there is plenty of coolness from the air conditioner.
Stay tuned cuz there is more to come, they're not done with that room or the main room.

They might consider moving the DJ booth to an area where people in both of the big rooms can see it. Somewhere like....in the new room close to where the green room used to be.

I'll be back to Circus some day soon I guess...I'm in to the eye candy too much at Avalon right now. ....but I'm not in to the stupid fights I keep getting in with Eastern European scumbags at Avalon...wtf is with that? I can't stand those obnoxious fockers...they always seem to be looking for a fight. I never understood how people can go to a foreign country with a chip on their shoulder? When I go to a foreign country, I'm nice as hell to everyone I meet, it's just a common courtesy, as a guest in someone's country.........(unless I'm in Mexico...that's when I like to know the joy of owning an entire people for mere pennies............j/k Trin! LOL )

NO!!!

Behind the wall next to the main room has always been another HUGE room not many peeps knew about as it was never used. They took this room, remodelled it, created a few entry ways into it...and whala, it became the chillout room.

This new room has made Circus a bit bigger in the end and has certainly not taken away from the size of the main room.

From what you guys are saying, then maybe they should take the wall down and combine the chill room with the main room and make a MASSIVE room!

that is sorta what happened. its just that you cant see the dj if youre in the chill room. but you can still hear the music.
